Our technicians are experienced, certified, and committed to your safety. Every team member undergoes third-party background checks, driving record screenings, and drug testing. To protect your home, our technicians wear identifiable uniforms and use booties and floor shields, ensuring your space is left in excellent condition. We look forward to taking care of all your appliance needs.
how it all works
How does this all work? To begin, we will create a call sheet to collect your service address and primary phone number. We also require the model number, serial number, and a description of the issue you are experiencing. This information is essential for us to verify if your unit can be serviced and to check parts availability. By pre-screening your request, we can better prepare the necessary components to resolve the issue during our first visit.
What does it cost?
To keep our pricing transparent and straightforward, we charge a flat service fee of $179.95. This fee covers the initial trip to your home, any necessary follow-up visits, all diagnostics, and labor. Additionally, all of our work is backed by a 90 day guarantee. The only other potential cost would be for any required parts. Please note that while most repairs are covered by the flat rate, more complex jobs may incur an additional labor fee. If this applies to your situation, we will notify you before proceeding.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change and emergencies happen. To avoid a cancellation fee of $120.00, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made the day of the scheduled appointment, or instances where our technician arrives and cannot access the home, will be charged a $140.00 service call fee.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment four times or more, there will be a rescheduling fee of $100.00 for our technicians to return.
